At Kartal International Suppliers, we understand that every purchase is a decision built on trust. While no system is perfect, we’re committed to treating each customer with fairness, honesty, and respect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the result. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
We aim to make the refund process as smooth and timely as possible, without unnecessary delays.

Exchanges: Let’s Make It Right
Sometimes, you just need the right size, model, or variant. We’re happy to help with exchanges, based on availability. We’ll assess your request with care, just like we would expect if we were in your shoes.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

We know that behind every return or refund is a real person. That’s why we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Our customer support team reviews each situation individually, and we aim to offer solutions that are both fair and balanced.
Whether you’re a first-time customer or a long-term partner, we’ll treat your concern with the attention it deserves.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
